What subfloor preparation is required?
The subfloor must be clean, dry, level (±3 mm per 3 m) and structurally sound. Suitable surfaces include concrete, wood, existing vinyl or tile. No adhesive is required — the interlocking system holds tiles in place. For outdoor installations, ensure proper drainage slope (1-2%).
How long does installation take?
A standard badminton court (81 m²) takes 2-3 hours with 2 people. A full-size table tennis hall (1,200 m²) can be completed in 2 days with a 4-person crew. No curing time — courts are ready for play immediately after installation.
What is the difference between 4.5mm and 7.5mm?
4.5mm (Standard) is ideal for home gyms, recreational spaces and light commercial use — supports up to 300 kg/m². 7.5mm (Professional) is ITTF/BWF certified for competition venues and training centers — supports up to 500 kg/m² with superior shock absorption and ball response.
Can the tiles be reused or relocated?
Yes — the click-lock system allows for easy disassembly and reinstallation. Tiles can be relocated to a new venue or reconfigured to different court layouts. This makes them perfect for temporary event setups or facilities planning renovations.
How do I clean and maintain the floor?
Daily: Sweep or vacuum to remove dust. Weekly: Mop with mild detergent and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers. For sports use, wipe spills immediately to maintain optimal friction. No waxing or refinishing required — the surface is maintenance-free.
What colors and sizes are available?
Stock colors: Competition Red, Blue, Green, Gray, Wood Grain. Tile sizes: 250×250 mm (4.5mm) and 330×330 mm (7.5mm). Custom Pantone color matching available for orders over 500 m². Contact us for color swatch samples and MOQ details.
Do you ship to my country?
