Client Feedback

What our partners say

“The homogeneous PVC exceeded our infection control standards. Three years in, zero complaints from facilities management. Would specify again without hesitation.”

Sarah Chen

Projects Director, HealthBuild NSW

“Installation was faster than timber and the acoustic backing made a noticeable difference. Students and staff both commented on how quiet the new wing feels.”

David O’Brien

Facilities Manager, St. Patrick’s College VIC

“Anti-static flooring was mission-critical for our server rooms. ESD test results were perfect and the supplier provided all documentation council required. Smooth project.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know

What is the difference between homogeneous and composite PVC?

Homogeneous: Pattern runs full thickness (2mm) — can be sanded and refinished multiple times. Best for extreme-traffic areas like hospital corridors.

Composite: Multi-layer structure with 0.7mm wear layer on foam backing. More cost-effective for general commercial use. Cannot be refinished.

Does it comply with Australian building codes?

Yes. All products are tested and certified to AS/NZS 1530.3 (fire), AS 4586 (slip resistance), and exceed E1 formaldehyde emission limits (E0 rated). We provide full test reports, MSDS, and installation guides for submission to building certifiers and councils.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Stock colors: 200 m² minimum (≈ 2 rolls)

Custom colors/patterns: 1,000 m² minimum

Sample kits (5 colors, A4 size) available free of charge for registered contractors and distributors.

How long does installation take?

Typical installation rate: 150-200 m² per day per crew (2 installers). A 1,000 m² project typically takes 5-7 working days including substrate prep, adhesive curing, and seam welding. Faster than timber and ceramic tile.

What maintenance is required?

Daily: Sweep or vacuum loose dirt

Weekly: Damp mop with pH-neutral cleaner

No waxing required — PUR factory coating maintains gloss. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and solvent-based cleaners. Full maintenance guide provided with every order.

What is the lead time for delivery?

Stock colors: 2-3 weeks to Australian ports (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane)

Custom orders: 4-6 weeks (including production time)

Express air freight available for urgent projects (3-5 days, premium charges apply).
