Arthur Zhang spent over 15 years in China's construction industry, rising from a junior estimator to General Manager of the Cost Department at one of the country's major development firms.
He managed billion-dollar projects. He negotiated with hundreds of suppliers. He learned -- firsthand -- how the building materials supply chain really works, and where it consistently falls short for international buyers.
But after years of living away from home, commuting between cities and working around the clock, Arthur made a decision. He wanted to build something different -- not just a business, but a life that let him be present for his family while still doing what he does best: delivering quality building materials to the people who need them.

Built on a Simple Premise
Founded in 2025 in Hebei's Xiong'an New Area, DUOWAN was built to combine deep industry expertise with a lean, efficient model -- and pass every advantage on to the customer.
We Don't Own Factories
That's intentional. Without the overhead of a manufacturing plant, we're free to select the best suppliers for each product category, rather than pushing what one factory makes. We've spent years building relationships with China's top PVC and PP flooring manufacturers -- rigorously vetting their quality control, production capacity, and reliability before we put our name behind their products.
