For wholesale and bulk orders, specific terms including minimum order quantities (MOQ), payment terms, and delivery schedules will be outlined in separate commercial agreements.

All Content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Greenline Floors or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks, service marks, and logos ("Marks") may not be used without our prior written consent. All other trademarks not owned by Greenline Floors that appear on our Services are the property of their respective owners.

Our Products are covered by specific product warranties as detailed in separate warranty documentation provided at the time of purchase. These warranties cover manufacturing defects and material quality under normal use conditions.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any information obtained through the Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GREENLINE FLOORS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, and without liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), with the place of arbitration being Shanghai, China.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
